SHIPPING FAQ
How long does it take to ship?
Please see the shipping transit estimate information table below. All orders are packed and shipped from Norrköping, Sweden from Monday to Friday (Couriers do not pick up packages on weekends).
All orders are packed by our third-party logistics partner called "Almroths" in Norrköping, Sweden. Their daily cut-off time is 11:45 am CET - website orders placed before this time are usually packed the same day. However, the warehouse's contractual obligation is to pack all orders within 2 business days (Mon-Fri).
Couriers such as UPS, Budbee, DHL etc. usually pick up packages from the Norrköping warehouse once per day after lunch time by truck (Mondays-Fridays). The couriers then take the packages to the closest sorting terminal where they get scanned.
Here is the full process
- Order made by customer
- Order packed by our 3PL during weekdays (first in first out)
- Packages sorted per transporter inside the warehouse
- Transport company picks up the packages (they come once per day)
- Transport company takes your package to the closet terminal where it is first scanned
- Package is in transit
- Package is delivered
PO boxes and military bases
Due to our current contracts with couriers, we cannot deliver to PO and Military base addresses. E.g. majority of couriers such a DHL/UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Uncollected or returned orders due to incorrect/incomplete address
We do not get notified when orders are returned by the carrier back to us due to non-collection or incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses.

Consider the transit times below as an estimate (this is what the transporter companyie provide us as a guideline).
We are not a transport company ourselves and the best thing we can do is get your order packed and ready to be picked up asap so the shipper can do their job - Transporters usually pick up from our warehouse once a day usually around lunch time during weekdays (they do not pick up goods on weekends).
We are not responsible for any delays caused by security checks, customs, absence at the delivery address, misinformation about the delivery address or any other situation that is beyond our or our carrier's control.
